You're invited to experience The Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park like you never have before! This new experience will leave you in awe as you enjoy the view of the beautiful Bay of Fundy and enjoy a three-course meal in style right on the ocean floor!
Choose from three menus:
Menu #1:
Hopewell Salad- Greens, Roasted pecans, Local berries, Red onion, vinaigrette, Queso blanco
Deconstructed Lobster Ravioli- Homemade noodles, Bay of Fundy lobster, Heavy cream, Homemade boursin
Strawberry Shortcake- Homemade biscuit, Cream, Local berries, Fresh herbs
Menu #2:
Grilled Shrimp Crostini- Tomato bruschetta, Queso blanco, Marinated and grilled shrimp
Beef Tenderloin- Hand cut and grilled, Celery root puree, Hasselback potatoes, Grilled local vegetables
German Chocolate Bombs- Moist cake, Pecan and coconut pudding, Mousse, Rich chocolate glaze
Menu #3:
Hopewell Salad- Greens, Roasted pecans, Local berries, Red onion, vinaigrette, Queso blanco
Individual Lobster and Seafood Boil containing local corn
Strawberry Shortcake- Homemade biscuit, Cream, Local berries, Fresh herbs

Before you begin your dining experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of the ocean floor with one of our interpreters!
While you enjoy this beautiful meal prepared by The Hopewell Rocks' very own Chef Anthony Seamone and team, you will be guided through a wine tasting with our local partners, Magnetic Hill Winery!

The event itinerary will be
• 4:30pm – Meet at the Main Deck
• 4:45pm – Set off on a guided tour of the ocean floor with your interpreter
• 5:30pm – Arrive for your incredible three-course meal

Table for 2 $450.00
Table for 4 $800.00
Children 12 and under $150
If you would like to have more than four at a table (sold in groups of 2 or 4) please ask when registering to have your tables put together.
A minimum of three (3) tables must be booked for this event to run. A maximum of six (6) tables of four (4) will be sold. Event will run rain or shine, if there is inclement weather, the meal will take place on the new patio at the High Tide Restaurant overlooking the beautiful Bay of Fundy.
Cancellation policy:
If the minimum number of tables is not reached, you will be contacted 24 hours before to cancel and receive a full refund.
If you cancel 24 hours or more before the event start time, you will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time will not be eligible for refund.
